The Challenge
You’d like to add supplier items to your item master and item branch file along with the new supplier pricing catalogue? Or you have to change address book classifications for a whole set of customers and no mass update program is available? With this JDE E1 add-on you can update or add data records in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne on the fly, online, and validated against standard JD Edwards EOne constraints.
How it Works
Add your data to the Excel template and then either drag and drop it into the add-on software or upload it via your file explorer. The add-on software communicates with your JD Edwards EOne system to either add, update or delete your records. If errors occur, a detailed list shows you which records had issues. Simply correct the data in the Excel template and drop the sheet again.
A whole set of template forms for Item Master, Item Branch, Address Book, Supplier and Customer Master as well as Manufacturing Data, Forecasting, Cost Components and many more are already available. Additional form templates could be created on your own by using Orchestrations.
JD Edwards Integration
This add-on is a cloud solution that connects to your JDE E1 environment. All you need to run it is a web browser (such as IE, Firefox or Chrome).
On the more technical side-of-things this solution is using JD Edwards EOne Application Integration Server (AIS), so that no modification to your JDE environment is necessary.
