iLearnERP Featured Session
Behavorial Dynamics for Training Post Covid
Our culture has been forever changed by the Covid Pandemic. The way we look at the world has changed drastically and especially how we communicate as trainers. Training expectations for engagement are most often implied but rarely clarified or acted upon effectively. In this session we will discuss those changes and give practicval insight into making our training more effective whether it be live or online.
Topics to be discussed:
- What is wrong with online training? How we can make it better, much better.
- Examining trainers and trainee behavior. A Symbiotic relationship.
- Introverts and Extroverts – Who is the lost audience?
- Company Training Objectives and trainer execution of those objectives. How language, jargon and corporate speak inhibit learner engagement.
