How it works
As a cloud-hosted, web-based platform, eRep enables users to generate quotes and convert those quotes into orders by leveraging existing JD Edwards product and pricing data. Your team will love that there’s no need for tedious, manual dual data entry with eRep. Customer data is automatically imported to eRep CPQ from JD Edwards and used to populate orders. Customer data is kept in sync, so eRep will always use the most up-to-date information from JD Edwards. Even better, item data is automatically imported from JD Edwards to eRep for use with bills of material and orders. Items need only be maintained in JD Edwards, eliminating the need to update entries in both systems. Finally, eRep’s robust order interface processes customer orders and then sends the order details out to the JD Edwards order management system. Our baseline integration is extensible, so it will always fit with your company’s ordering process.
