In addition, to help you control payment processing costs, it integrates with multiple payment gateways allowing you to negotiate the best rates for your organization. The software also supports level 2 and 3 processing, further reducing your credit card processing fees.
Customer Self Service Payment Portal – Many organizations have high DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) due to the difficulty of collecting from some customers and the processing delays of paper checks. The software helps you to shorten DSO and enhance your customer service with an integrated Customer Self Service Payment Portal. Your customers sign into the portal and can view and pay open invoices with a credit card and/or ACH. The portal also allows your customers to view their payment history, make unapplied cash payments, and maintain their credit card and ACH account information.
AP and Vendor Payment Portals – The software includes portals to help you streamline your Accounts Payable processes. The AP Payment portal shows all vendor vouchers approved for payment and allows you to pay the vouchers with ACH. The companion Vendor Self-Service Portal allows your vendors to view their payment history and maintain their ACH account information. The result of these portals is less work for your AP group, fewer calls from vendors, and happier suppliers.
JD Edwards integration
The key to improving your payment processes is in direct integration with your ERP system. The software integrates tightly with both JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Worldsoftware to streamline all of your payment processes. During your sales order entry process, it integrates with JDE to authorize and settle the transactions automatically. This includes automatic reauthorization if an order is changed or an authorization expires. The Payment Processing software also includes a series of batch jobs to clear the open AR and create the AR batches.
The Customer Self-Service payment portal displays the customer’s open invoice in real time from your JDE system.
